“The Festival of Colors” is an event organized by Intesa Sanpaolo over three dates to build shared awareness around the deeper meaning of “being a team” within the company. The initiative gathers ideas, insights, and needs to be highlighted during the event.
Notorious Agency, already awarded the CresciBusiness Prize by Intesa Sanpaolo in March 2025 for adopting environmental, social, and governance sustainability growth criteria, will be a regular guest at the event.
Speaking on behalf of Notorious Agency is Marco La Fiura, Co-founder and Creative Director, who will be interviewed on the topic of managing a successful business. The discussion will focus particularly on the importance of “teamwork” in shaping an entrepreneurial project based on shared intentions, a strong collective identity, and the development of innovative approaches to ensure long-term value creation.
