RR Group: a company in constant evolution
RR Group is a brokerage company in the fields of electricity, natural gas and fixed/mobile telephony.
If a person needs to review the costs of their bill or their telephone operator, they can rely on their decades of experience and their team of 50 professionals including customer service, in-house call centre and dedicated consultants. In a sector where transparency and professionalism are often lacking and where consultants are perceived as invasive telemarketers, the RR Group has placed the customer and his satisfaction, at the centre of its attention, offering the best solution on the market.
In 2008 the group consisted of four people, today there are fifty of them supporting individuals, companies, municipalities, consortia and businesses at their new headquarters in Montebelluna (TV). With this exponential growth, the company felt the need to be supported by a communications agency.

We were asked for a timeline of activities to be carried out and a prioritisation in order to ensure visibility, credibility and contact gathering.
To achieve these objectives, our approach consists of analysing together with the RR Group team the client’s needs and gaining an in-depth understanding of their business model, through the use of effective and useful tools such asBusiness Model Canvas, Empathy Map e Swot Analysis.
In the coming days, we will be engaged in dialogue and discussion with them, so that communication accompanies and supports the natural evolution of this company through an integrated strategy comprising: development of a new website, creation of visual storytelling paths, management of social campaigns and lead generation activities.
